Business Development Manager Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager/Sr. Manager to drive international business growth within the Aerospace & Defence industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in cultivating strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the timely delivery of our products and services to meet customer objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven sales track record and exceptional communication Management:

- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major international clients.

- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer decision-making structures and facilitate the

strengthening of relationships between internal leadership and customers.

- Prepare and execute a strategic beat plan with customers to foster deep customer intimacy.

- Manage the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) process from customers, ensuring full compliance with internal processes and timely submissions.

- Expand relationships with existing customers by proactively identifying their evolving requirements and continuously proposing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

- Serve as the primary link of communication between customers and internal leadership and stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow.

- Proactively resolve any issues or problems faced by customers and effectively manage complaints to maintain high levels of trust and satisfaction.

- Prepare regular, insightful reports on progress and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.

- Systematically track various inquiries from customers, actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Maintain a comprehensive repository of all Business Development-related data, including Purchase Orders (POs), Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), historical sales data, financial calculations, presentations, reports, and other relevant Research:

- Continuously track and collect relevant market intelligence to support informed business decisions.

- Identify upcoming opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships.

- Collect comprehensive data to support client discussions and gather pertinent industry information.

- Generate new leads and meticulously screen potential business opportunities.

- Conduct thorough research on organizations and individuals to uncover new growth Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) combined with an MBA in Marketing or an equivalent qualification. A Master's degree is highly preferred.


- Academic Record: A strong academic record is Profile & Key International Business Development Experience: 6-7 years of experience specifically in International Business Industry Experience: Proven experience within the Aerospace & Defence industry is essential.


- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.


- Sales Track Record: A demonstrable and proven sales track record.


- Customer Support: Experience in International customer support is a significant plus.


- Market Knowledge: In-depth market knowledge relevant to the Aerospace & Defence sector.


- Time Management & Planning: Exceptional time management and planning skills.


- Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
