Job description We are looking for aFacilities & Administration professionalto support end-to-end facility management, workspace planning, and maintenance operations for our Hyderabad office. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing technical infrastructure, and ensuring smooth functioning of all facility systems.Responsibilities Manage workspace planning, seating allocation, and coordination with business units. Oversee maintenance ofUPS systems ,battery banks ,HVAC/VRF systems , and electrical infrastructure including11KV HT yard ,switchgears , andpanels . Handlefire and safety systems(NOVEC 1230, sprinklers, hydrants, alarms) and integration with AHU/ACS systems. Manageaccess control ,CCTV ,boom barriers ,turnstiles , andpanic bar systems . SuperviseBMS operations ,DG sets ,lighting ,sensors , and pantry or kitchen electrical equipment. Oversee maintenance of office interiors, furniture, signage, gym and sports equipment. HandleAMC renewals , vendor management, and preventive maintenance schedules. Supervise maintenance teams (electricians, AC technicians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). Participate innew office setupfrom bare shell to functional stage. Ensure compliance, documentation, and safety standards are met.Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree inElectrical and Electronics Engineering . 5–7 years of experienceinFacility Management Services , preferably in IT/ITES environments. Strong knowledge ofUPS, HVAC, fire systems, BMS , andelectrical panels . Working knowledge ofAutoCADis an advantage. Strong communication skills inEnglish, Hindi , and preferablyTelugu . Experience in team supervision, vendor coordination, and process management. Detail-oriented and process-driven with a focus on operational excellence.
