Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership: Serve as the primary HR advisor and consultant to the senior leadership of the assigned business unit, translating business strategy into HR actions.Talent Management: Oversee the end-to-end talent cycle, including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.Organizational Design: Drive change management and organizational design initiatives to improve efficiency, role clarity, and cultural transformation.Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage complex employee relations issues and develop strategies to boost employee engagement and retention within the business unit.Compensation & Benefits: Partner with the C&B team to manage annual compensation reviews and ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.Required Qualifications & Skills:- MBA/PGDM (HR/General Management Mandatory): Full-time MBA/PGDM from a premier/Tier-1 institution (e.g., XLRI, TISS, IIMs).Experience: - 6-9 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as a core HR Business Partner supporting a large, complex client group.- Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.- Exceptional communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.- Demonstrated ability to use HR data and analytics to inform business decisions.
