The company operates under global trademark licensing agreements for renowned brands such as Acer and Black+Decker, and has also launched its own in-house brand, Wobble.With a strong commitment to the Make in India initiative, Indkal manufactures over 70% of its product range locally and aims to achieve 90% localization by the end of 2025.The companys diverse product portfolio includes Smart TVs, Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Smartphones (launched in May 2025), and TWS Audio Products.Currently present in 12,000+ retail stores across India, Indkal is on an aggressive growth trajectory, striving to become one of the leading players in the Indian consumer electronics space.Role & Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and integration of new employees.- Streamline and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.- Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances and promoting transparent communication.- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance and accountability.- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and morale.- Collaborate with business leaders for workforce planning and talent strategy alignment.- Maintain and manage HR systems and databases (experience with ZOHO preferred).Preferred Candidate Profile:- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably from Tier 1 institutions such as IIMs, XLRI, TISS, or equivalent.- 610 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations roles.- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and policy implementation.- Proven track record in managing recruitment drives, performance systems, and employee life cycle management.- Proficiency with HR software tools (preferably ZOHO People/Recruit).- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels and foster a high-performance work culture.
