- **Work Expertise** : 1 - 2 years
- **Job Specs**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from IIT's with Master's degree in HR or management from IIM's / XLRI
- Must have recruiting expertise from semiconductor or VLSI foundry business units
- Should have the experience in sourcing Semiconductor talent
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
- Should be able to source through different job boards
- Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their skill sets
- Sourcing, Searching, identifying resources using internal and external sourcing strategies
- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
- Responsible for interview co-ordination, compensation negotiations, offer release, onboarding, relocation and immigration support.
