In Scope of Position based Promotions (INTERNAL only) Job Title: Project and Change Lead, AVP Location: Mumbai, India Role Description The Finance Strategic Analytics (FSA) Group COO function that primarily drives Chief Finance Office (CFO) change initiatives. This role is for a Business Subject Matter Expert (BPSME) in DBO FSA team to deliver strategic, regulatory, and process optimization book of work in partnership with Finance (RTB), Front Office, Technology, Desk Quant Strats and other relevant stakeholders. Supports UAT, go-live activities including but not limited to cut-over activities and operational readiness, and provides post-go live support during warranty" period Your skills and experience You must have 5+ years of experience with good knowledge of financial products, PnL concepts and a desire to work on new system applications and tools. Domain Skills In-depth knowledge of relevant Finance P&L processes, knowledge of Front-to-back system flow and trade life-cycle event Financial Product know-how Good to have Experience of delivering change or improvements to processes Communication Skills Strong stakeholder management skills across various seniority levels Good verbal and written communication skills at all levels Ability to visualize complex topics to converse with stakeholders.
