Job Description Project and Change Lead, AVP Position Overview In Scope of Position based Promotions (INTERNAL only) Job Title: Project and Change Lead, AVP Location: Mumbai, India Role Description - The Finance Strategic Analytics (FSA) Group COO function that primarily drives Chief Finance Office (CFO) change initiatives. - This role is for a Business Subject Matter Expert (BPSME) in DBO FSA team to deliver strategic, regulatory, and process optimization book of work in partnership with Finance (RTB), Front Office, Technology, Desk Quant Strats and other relevant stakeholders. Domain Skills - In-depth knowledge of relevant Finance P&L processes, knowledge of Front-to-back system flow and trade life-cycle event - Financial Product know-how - Good to have Experience of delivering change or improvements to processes Communication Skills - Strong stakeholder management skills across various seniority levels - Good verbal and written communication skills at all levels - Ability to visualize complex topics to converse with stakeholders.
