Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Qlikview Administrator with 5+ years of experience at Strawberry InfoTech in Gurugram.

- The Qlikview Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Qlikview servers, developing and supporting Qlikview applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Support : Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Qlik applications, including QlikView, Qlik Sense, and Qlik NPrinting.

- Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, application performance, and user access.

- Monitoring & Maintenance : Monitor application performance, data load processes, and system health; perform routine maintenance tasks.

- User Support : Assist end-users with navigation, report generation, and application functionalities.

- Incident Management : Track and document issues, resolutions, and changes; escalate complex issues to higher levels as needed.

- Data Validation : Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data loads and performing necessary checks.

- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to implement fixes and enhancements.

- System Upgrades : Support the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

- Documentation : Maintain up-to-date support and process documentation, user guides, and best practices.

- Training & Guidance : Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to effectively use Qlik applications.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's / masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in QlikView, Qlik Sense, and Qlik NPrinting.

- Good understanding of data modeling and ETL processes in Qlik.

- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization concepts.

- Experience in troubleshooting application and data-related issues.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Certifications : Qlik certifications (i.e., QlikView Developer, Qlik Sense Data Architect) are a plus.
