Experience : Required 8+years.

- Independent Tracking of projects end to end to ensure that tasks are on track and provide early warning notifications if tasks are at risk of being delayed.

- Define project RnR and RACI.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Propose mitigations as per challenges.

- Develop, maintain, execute, and communicate project documentations, schedule, Risk register, Issue log, action log etc.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Problem solving ability to drive projects with multiple stakeholders -internal & external.

- Ability to drive through cross-functional teams.

- Conflict resolution ability between different teams and keep Project interest in mind.

- Ensure processes are followed and enforced by both internal and external parties.

- Propose process improvements time to time.

- Timely communication of risks and escalations to the relevant stakeholders to ensure that the project deadlines are achieved.

- Preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports for management.

- Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.

- Plan and co-ordinate resource allocations that delivers the SLA required by the customer.

- Work with a team of diverse cultures, dispersed across different time zones as well as to appreciate their needs and anticipate their challenges.

- Build relationships with customers and partners to ensure effective and efficient project management.

- Attend weekly organized calls/meetings with specific opcos and group.

- Update project management tool on regular basis on correct status w.t projects and to ensure there are no ambiguity on the status.

- Continuously follow up on the progress, risks, issues, and opportunities of the project with the teams (internal or external).

- Ability to deliver under pressure and short timelines.

- Support projects go live as per business hour need, and track post go live issues to closure.

Skills Required :

- Excellent knowledge and practical experience of project management methodologies.

- Good knowledge of mobile money and/or banking technologies.

- Basic Tech stack understanding of java, unix, db, apis, security, etc.

- Good communication skills, ability to manage the customers.

- Good skills in Microsoft Office (esp.MS Projects, Excel).

- Interpersonal and team management skills.

- Ability to Travel in short notice.

- Manage and mentor a team.

- Agile and SAFe knowledge will be plus.

Educational Qualification :

- BE / B Tech / MCA / BCA / MTech.

- Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE 2, Google project manager, etc.

- Experience as per role.
