Key Responsibilities:- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, proactively addressing queries and ensuring data accuracy.- Regularly connect with clients to understand their needs and recommend relevant firm services such as digital tools, online access, and cash management solutions.- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients by collecting and verifying necessary documents and information.- Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support advisors.- Coordinate with internal teams and share resources to enhance client servicing.- Stay updated through ongoing training on company policies, processes, and industry trends.- Support in executing client orders and managing day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.- 1-4 years of experience in client servicing, financial operations, or relationship management.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- High attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in financial services or wealth management domain.- Familiarity with investment products, financial planning, or advisory support.
