We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Manager. As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.EXPERIENCE: If you have up to 1.5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Corporate Account Relationship Management / Corporate Client Success, then you should NOT miss this opportunity.IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:i. 1.5 years in a Key Client Servicing, Client management role in SaaS / Software, Digital Marketing, Corporate Insurance or Hospitalityii. Genuine Client Empathy and strong time management skillsiii. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersiv. Familiarity with G Suitev. Fluency in English & Englishvi. Excited to travel, meet new people and build and grow relationshipsKey Responsibilities:1. Primary Point of Contact to the Client2. Conduct client onboarding and weekly routine activities3. Promptly respond to Client queries4. Be Polite & Professional to help develop and maintain a strong professional relationship5. Identify opportunities for growth and upsell6. Collaborate with the product team and give feedback on the client’s needs7. Provide training and guidance to the client on how to best use the QubeHealth ProductEvaluation Criteria for the Function:1. Promptness, Clarity in Communication and Proactiveness2. Relationship Building with the Client3. Collaborating with your team and cross-functional teams4. Upselling and Farming Business from the Portfolio Client
