Location: Sector 65, Gurgaon (Work From Office)

About Propzilla:

At Propzilla Infratech, we specialize in curating premium real estate investment opportunities across India and Dubai. Our mission is to empower clients with the right insights and help them make profitable property decisions.

We're now looking for a dynamic Tele-sales Team Leader to lead, inspire, and drive a high-performing sales team.

Your Role:

As a Tele-sales Team Leader, you will:

Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed daily, weekly & monthly targets

Handle both individual and team sales targets (hands-on + leadership role)

Drive outbound calling efforts – generate leads, schedule site visits & close deals

Monitor performance, set clear KPIs, and coach team members to success

Share detailed reports and insights with management

Collaborate with Sales team to maximize lead conversion,

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5+ years of tele-sales/inside sales team management experience (20+ members).

Background in Real Estate, BPO (Outbound), or Teleperformance (Outbound) preferred

Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation skills

Comfortable working 6 days a week from our Gurgaon office

Real Estate Experience/knowledge is a Add on.
