About the Role
Bharat Gram Udyog Sangh is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Tele Sales Team Leader to manage our telesales team for Ayurvedic & Herbal products. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, mentoring telecallers, and ensuring excellent customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 telecallers to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Train and motivate telecalling staff to deliver effective sales pitches.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to scripts, calling standards, and sales processes.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new telecalling staff.
- Strategize sales campaigns for Ayurvedic products (e.g., Arjun Ashwagandha Juice) and implement them effectively.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of telesales/telecalling experience with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Prior experience in Ayurvedic, FMCG, or health product sales will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
