5Paisa - Expert - IT Business Analyst - Centric Platform - BFSI Domain

Responsibilities:
Domain Expertise & Customer Focus:
- Possess a strong understanding of the BFSI domain (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and its evolving landscape.
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into functional requirements for customer-centric platforms.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance customer experience within the BFSI industry.
Project Implementation & Delivery:
- Demonstrate experience in successfully implementing at least one E2E project related to Broking, Insurance, or Lending.
- Participate actively in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure quality assurance.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Skills & Documentation:
- Possess a strong understanding of API integrations and system integration best practices.
- Experience in reviewing and documenting various project deliverables (Business Requirements Documents - BRDs, Functional Specifications Documents - FSDs, etc. ).
Agile Methodology & Communication:
- Function effectively within an Agile development environment, adhering to sprint-based delivery cycles.
- Utilize PMO tools for managing product backlog items (PBIs) and capacity planning.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with stakeholders, address issues, and manage change requests (CRs).
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Possess a basic awareness of data analytics principles and their application to MIS (Management Information System) reporting.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to create insightful reports and Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a technical or business analyst role within the BFSI domain.
- Proven experience in implementing E2E projects within Broking, Insurance, or Lending sectors (a plus).
