Now Hiring: US Automotive Industry Recruiter (Onsite | Noida | EST Hours | W2 Focus)Location: Noida, India (Onsite)Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM EST (US Eastern Time)Employment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Automotive | Recruitment | StaffingExperience: 3–7 years (US recruitment experience required)About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced US Recruiter with strong expertise in W2 hiring and automotive industry recruitment to join our onsite team in Noida.You’ll play a key role in supporting leading US automotive clients — including General Motors (GM), Toyota, and top Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers — by finding and placing top engineering and manufacturing talent across the country.️ Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end W2 recruitment for US-based automotive roles for MSP/VMS Clients. - Source, screen, and qualify candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards. - Hire for positions like Manufacturing Engineers, Design Engineers, Quality Engineers, Plant Managers, etc. - Partner closely with US account teams to meet client hiring needs and deadlines. - Maintain 100% compliance with US hiring and documentation standards. - Build a robust W2 candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.✅ Key Requirements- 3–7 years of US recruitment experience, with proven expertise in W2-only hiring. - Experience hiring for automotive or engineering domains required. - Experience with US work authorizations (USC, & GC), MSP/VMS Clients and compliance processes. - Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills. - Comfortable working onsite in Noida and aligned to US EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM).Why Join Us?- Recruit for top automotive brands like GM & Toyota. - Work directly with US clients and high-performing account teams. - Competitive salary + performance incentives. - Grow in an international, fast-paced recruitment environment.Apply now via LinkedIn or send your resume to sumeet.saini@bluestonesg.com
