Job Description: Recruiter Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and business roles (engineering, product, sales, marketing, etc.). Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning hiring strategies with business goals. Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract top, diverse talent through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and networking. Screen and assess candidates for skills, culture fit, and alignment with Automation Anywhere’s mission. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate experience through every stage of the process. Present competitive offers, negotiate terms, and close candidates effectively. Maintain ATS hygiene and deliver data-driven reports on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.). Promote the employer brand by delivering a white-glove candidate experience and showcasing company culture. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across 4–8 active requisitions at a time. Partner with HR, hiring managers, and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs. Utilize sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline. Screen and assess candidates via phone, video, and in-person interviews. Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and candidate feedback. Drive inclusive hiring practices and contribute to diversity hiring goals. Continuously optimize recruiting workflows and candidate experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a technology or SaaS environment. Demonstrated success hiring for both technical (software engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, G&A) roles. Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruiting tools. Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles simultaneously. Exposure to global hiring (US, EU, ME, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with RPA, AI, or enterprise SaaS industries.
