We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Offshore Senior level IT Recruiter to support our US staffing operations from our Chennai office. If you have a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across various domains - Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other platforms - Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit - Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with US-based hiring managers - Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers - Ensure compliance with US staffing protocols and documentation standards - Work in EST time zones as neededRequirements- 4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment - Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools - Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously - Willingness to work night shifts or overlapping US hours
