We are committed to our clients’ long-term success and combine global reach with local client attention to serve them in over 50 countries around the globe.Role: servicenow ITOM developer Location: Pan India (Hybrid)Experience: 6+ years Hire Type: ContractNotice Period: ImmediateJob Summary:Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:DiscoveryService MappingEvent ManagementOrchestrationDeep understanding of CMDB architecture, data modeling, dependency mapping, and maintaining CMDB data integrity.Solid knowledge of ITIL and ITOM best practices.ServiceNow CSA and relevant ITOM certifications (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping).Excellent communication skills with strong ability to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Good to Have SkillsExperience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk, or similar.Knowledge of cloud discovery and managing hybrid (on-prem + cloud) infrastructures.Background in automation frameworks, orchestration workflows, or runbook automation.Advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist credentials.Familiarity with DevOps principles and AIOps concepts.
