Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leveraging market data and sales insights to drive business growth and optimize sales strategies. This role combines market research and sales expertise to develop actionable insights, identify market opportunities, and support the marketing planning and sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis, sales strategy, and the ability to translate complex data into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to gather data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth, emerging trends, and potential threats.

- Develop and maintain market intelligence reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness and optimize processes.

- Prepare and present reports on market conditions, sales performance, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Customer Insights and Engagement:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences.

- Support the sales team with insights into customer behavior and market demands to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Competitive Intelligence:

- Monitor competitor activities, product offerings, and market positioning.

- Provide competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Project Management:

- Lead or participate in special projects related to market intelligence and sales strategy.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in GTM strategy, sales strategy, and data analysis.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.

- Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and market research software.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience 4+ years

- Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis techniques and tools.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Problem solving capabilities

- Decision making skill set
