Be a part of our dynamic and growing teamQualifications : B.Tech/Diploma - Computer Science.Responsibilities : Hands on experience in PC Hardware assembling, installation & setup. Extensive experience in Windows server administration, including implementing, and managing complex server environments. Assist in managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services. Strong expertise in virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V or VMware, managing virtualized server environments. Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages. Hands on experience SQL server administration, Queries (sql\Pl-sql). Demonstrated experience in planning and executing server hardware and software upgrades, migrations, and patch management. Strong understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in Windows server environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, and other related services. Monitor and optimize server performance, availability, and reliability, ensuring high system uptime and minimal downtime. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory, including creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, groups, and organizational units. Configure and maintain server hardware and software components, including network interfaces, storage devices, and backup solution. Implement and manage security measures, including user authentication, group policies, firewalls, and antivirus software. Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as patching, updating, and upgrading server software and firmware. Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, including system failures, network connectivity problems, and software conflicts. Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and availability. Monitor server logs, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities. Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support business needs and ensure effective communication and coordination. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Windows server technologies, recommending and implementing best practices and improvements. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of quality services and products. Work closely with IT team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Computer typing skills (40 WPM). Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team. Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations. Should have enthusiasm to learn new technologies & improve skill set.Required Skills : UG/Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field. Certification will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) networking (CCNA/CCNP).
