Job Role-

As an Associate Engagement Manager at Quantiphi, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of advanced solutions in Application Development, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Machine Learning solutions for our key customers. You will interpret and turn data into information which can improve the business process, thus affecting business decisions.


Required Skills-

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Definition for Software Delivery projects.
  • Proven experience working in Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
  • Proficiency in creating business requirement documents, user training manuals, and requirement traceability matrices pertinent to technical workloads.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, GitLab etc
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to report results back to the relevant members of the business, including Project Managers, Technical Architects, and Leadership.
  • Ability to collect and interpret data, and identify patterns and trends in data sets.
  • Proficiency in defining new data collection and analysis processes, including experience with data analysis and basic data visualization using tools like Excel and BI tools.
  • Capability to analyze large data sets and write comprehensive reports.
  • Highly proactive and a self-starter in driving engagements, including project tasks and self-directed learning.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Possess an analytical mind and a strong inclination for problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience and an educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cloud Technologies would be preferred.
  • A fundamental grasp of cloud computing concepts, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, is highly desirable
