**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Employee Engagement Executive to join our team, focusing on enhancing employee satisfaction and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is dedicated to managing engagement services such as Event Management, Vendor Management, and Coordination, with the goal of creating a vibrant and inclusive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Event Management**
- Organize, and execute various employee engagement events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics.

**Vendor Management and Coordination**
- Source and manage relationships with vendors for events, gifts, and other engagement-related services.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.

**Employee Communication**
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote engagement initiatives.

**Must Have**:

- Proven experience in Employee Engagement or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute events successfully.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Certification in Event Management or Employee Engagement.
- Knowledge of best practices in vendor management and negotiation.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
