Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead our technical teams and manage projects within the HR/HCM domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, extensive experience with various HR/HCM ERPs, and excellent customer-facing skills. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ETL projects using HR/HCM ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, UKG, Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.

- Utilize and Validate the ETL data using the prebuilt reports and dashboards.

- Utilize strong SQL knowledge to support data management and reporting needs.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across the globe, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to the team as needed.

- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills.

- Serve as the single point of contact for implementations and act as a mediator between various teams as needed

- Adapt to the UK shift schedule and demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet project demands.

Qualifications :

- 15+ years of total experience in the IT industry.

- 5+ years of experience in project management.

- Strong knowledge of SQL.

- Prior experience with HR/HCM ERP systems (like Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, UKG, Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.

- Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams.

- Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to interact with clients globally.

- Hands-on approach to problem-solving and technical support.

- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.

- Experience of working in a global environment
