Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Creative Team Lead to join our team at Houzbay. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, has a strategic mindset, and can lead a team of talented creatives to develop impactful marketing campaigns that stand out in the competitive real estate market.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work that meets the strategic goals of the company and our clients.
  2. Creative Direction: Oversee the development of innovative concepts and ideas that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences in the real estate sector.
  3. Brand Stewardship: Guide the creation and evolution of brand identities, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing materials and platforms.
  4. Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end management of creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring they meet client goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive content strategies that effectively communicate the campaign's message across various channels, enhancing overall campaign impact.
  6. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with marketing strategists, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure that creative outputs are aligned with broader marketing strategies.
  7. Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and effectiveness.
  8. Analytics and Optimization: Use data-driven insights to measure campaign success and optimize creative strategies in real time.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns and creative projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Extensive experience in the real estate sector or a closely related industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable creative strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients.
  • Proficiency in both digital and traditional marketing tools and platforms.
  • A keen eye for design, storytelling, and brand development.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
