Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Team Lead to lead our creative team at Houzbay. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, has a strategic mindset, and can develop impactful marketing campaigns that stand out in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work that meets the strategic goals of the company and our clients.

- Creative Direction: Oversee the development of innovative concepts and ideas that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences in the real estate sector.

- Brand Stewardship: Guide the creation and evolution of brand identities, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing materials and platforms.

- Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end management of creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring they meet client goals and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive content strategies that effectively communicate the campaign's message across various channels, enhancing overall campaign impact.

- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with marketing strategists, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure that creative outputs are aligned with broader marketing strategies.

- Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and effectiveness.

- Analytics and Optimization: Use data-driven insights to measure campaign success and optimize creative strategies in real-time.

Requirements:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field.

- 6-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns and creative projects.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Extensive experience in the real estate sector or a closely related industry is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable creative strategies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients.

- Proficiency in both digital and traditional marketing tools and platforms.

- A keen eye for design, storytelling, and brand development.

- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
