This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of operations, coordination, and process management in a fast-paced IT staffing environment.Key Responsibilities Ensure timely payroll calculation and payments .Assist in day-to-dayoperational and administrative activities . Support management withdata entry, record maintenance, and documentation . Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion. Prepare and maintain basicreports and spreadsheetsas instructed. Assist ininvoice tracking and status updates(training will be provided). Handlescheduling, follow-ups, and communicationacross teams. Learn and ensure compliance withcompany policies and operational standards . Perform other duties as assigned by the operations or management team.Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of experience in payroll of US Staffing company Experience inoperations, administration, and accounting . Deep knowledge ofIT staffing or HR operations . Bachelor’s degree(any discipline). Strongcommunication and organizational skills . Attention to detailand willingness to learn. Basic knowledge ofMS Excel and Google Sheets . Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Comfortable working duringnight shifts (US hours) .
