What You'll Do:
- As an Assistant Manager, you'll be instrumental in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles within Ketto's voice processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end bulk hiring for sales roles in voice processes, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition.
- Partnering with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and contribute to the planning and execution of recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, organizing walk-ins, leveraging referrals, and coordinating with vendors.
- Actively driving high-volume recruitment drives to meet demanding targets and ensure quick turnaround times (TAT).
- Focusing on quality hiring that aligns with sales performance requirements, ensuring the right talent is brought on board.
- Maintaining recruitment dashboards and reporting, providing clear insights into recruitment progress and metrics.
What You'll Need:
We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual with:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in sales hiring, specifically within BPO/voice processes.
- Demonstrated BPO Recruitment expertise with a strong focus on Volume Recruitment.
- Proven ability in bulk recruitment, including hands-on experience with various sourcing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
- Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools is preferred.
