About the Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead and manage our Background Verification (BGV) process for a reputed client. This role is ideal for candidates with solid domain expertise in BGV and leadership experience. Team Leaders with 34 years of experience in BGV are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team handling end-to-end background verification processes.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure quality, compliance, and SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with clients for escalations, updates, and performance reviews.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance and confidentiality norms.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Experience:
- Minimum 34 years in the Background Verification domain.
- Prior experience in a Team Leader or Assistant Manager role preferred.
- Strong understanding of BGV processes, compliance requirements, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
