  • Utilize a diverse array of recruiting sources and devise innovative strategies to identify quality candidates and prospects for new business.
  • Screen resumes and oversee job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to proactively pinpoint and engage with top talent.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to furnish insights and recommendations for the continual enhancement of our hiring processes.
  • Has good Problem-solving skills


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Familiarity with Indore’s local talent market and industry landscape.
