Sourcebae is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 4-5 years of core experience in staff augmentation, specifically within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a high-performance recruitment team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate recruiter to make a significant impact in a growing company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies focused on staff augmentation.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through active networking and industry engagement.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Track recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and report on KPIs regularly.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends in the IT staffing industry.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of core experience in IT staff augmentation.
  • Proven track record of successful placements within the IT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams is a plus.
