Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of five recruiters and be responsible for managing vendor relationships to ensure the successful acquisition of top talent. You will play a crucial role in shaping our hiring strategies and enhancing our employer brand.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:


Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.


Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other vendors.

Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and challenges for senior management.


Employer Branding:

Enhance the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media and job fairs.

Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong experience in vendor management and negotiation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
