The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in driving campaign performance, client satisfaction, and team success.KEY LEADERSHIP:- Develop and implement strategic plans for paid media advertising, aligning with overall business objectives and client goals.- Provide visionary leadership to the paid media team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality paid media solutions.- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic guidance.TEAM MANAGEMENT:- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of paid media analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.- Provide guidance on campaign strategy, optimization, and professional development.CAMPAIGN PLANNING AND EXECUTION:- Oversee the development and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance targets.- Utilize industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.BUDGET OVERSIGHT:- Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.- Provide financial oversight and reporting to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics.DATA ANALYSIS AND INSIGHTS:- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.- Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP:- Train and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on campaign management best practices and analytical techniques.- Foster a collaborative learning environment within the team.CLIENT PRESENTATIONS:- Prepare and deliver regular client presentations, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and goals.COLLABORATION WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS:- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive and integrated strategies.- Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to drive overall business Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.- Proven experience in a leadership role within the paid media advertising space.- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Affiliate Marketing, etc.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
