Senior Manager - Business Development the Company Who are we?

At AutoVRse, we build the finest, customized Virtual & Augmented Reality (VR/AR) applications, helping enterprises harness the power of immersive technologies across several key functions. Combining our photo-realistic visualizations with interactive virtual environments, we have partnered with firms like Shell, Bosch, Aditya Birla Group, Godrej, and Go-Jek to deploy VR experiences in India, Singapore, Australia, Switzerland, Germany and USA. Our experiences are used in design reviews, as sales tools, for experiential marketing and for virtual are we looking for?

A diligent, motivated self-starter who can combine an eye for detail, with the ability to carry a conversation. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads, across all our product offerings. You will work closely with our Business Lead, and identify new prospects from various sources research, email outreach, inbound requests and set up introductory calls, follow-up judiciously, and maintain constant vigilance through our CRM / sales & Responsibilities:

- Study and determine the prospect's pain-points, to help them better understand how the VR / AR / adjacent technologies can help resolve their problems.

- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up calls in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

- Proposal creation, documentation & closure of deals by developing quotes and proposals for clients. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM (FreshSales, LinkedIn CRM etc.) and ensuring all prospect / client communications are logged, information is accurate and documentation is up to date.

- Create and implement both broad and focused campaigns, and carefully curate the target market for these outreach programs.

- Create periodic / monthly reports to senior managers / management, providing a data-driven insight into the sales funnel / campaigns conducted during that time.

- Updating your professional and technical knowledge of VR, AR, Web 3D by methodically consuming / reviewing online content, following key media-houses, OEMs & influencers,

- Protects organizations value by keeping information Proficiency in MS Office PowerPoint / Word / Excel / Outlook.

- Must have corporate B2B experience, closure of big deals (>50k USD)

- An ability to write emails / correspondence in business-professional English, in simple, grammatically correct, lucid form.

- Experience with CRM tools such as FreshSales- ,- HubSpot or equivalent.

- Experience with email finder/verification tools such Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha is a bonus.
