The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with the Educational Domain, Kids Learning- MARATHI Language is a MUST

 

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell subscriptions for our Marathi magazine through direct sales in the field.
  • Identify potential customers by canvassing in the Maharashtra Region, attending local events, and utilizing personal networks.
  • Provide information about the magazine's content, benefits, and subscription plans to prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat subscriptions and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and activities.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a subscription-based service or publishing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Familiarity with Marathi culture and language is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel within the assigned region.
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools for reporting and communication.
