About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and empatheticPatient Engagement Manager/Customer Success Officerwith a background inBachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)to lead our patient interaction and engagement initiatives. The role involves building strong relationships with patients, ensuring seamless communication, and driving high-quality patient experience.Key Responsibilities: Resolve customer queries related to dental products or services with strong clinical understanding Act as a liaison between dentists/customers and the internal product team Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage patterns Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Create and maintain documentation for customer support casesRequirements: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple cases and ensure timely follow-ups. Prior experience inpatient care, dental consultation, or healthcare managementis preferred.
