If you are a relationship-driven leader with a fire for numbers and a passion for real estate, this is your playgroundKey Responsibilities 1. Direct Sales Leadership Drive end-to-end direct sales for premium residential and commercial projects. Create high-performing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to consistently deliver excellence. 2. Lead Generation & PR-Based Networking Generate high-quality leads through personal PR circles, professional networks, corporate connect, and referrals. Build and nurture relationships withHNI, UHNI, and corporate clients . Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, trade fairs, and real estate expos. 3. Business Expansion (India & International) Identify and tap into new domestic and international business opportunities. Build channel partners and associations across major NRI hubs (Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, USA, etc.). Strengthen the brand’s presence across national and global real estate markets. 4. Strategy & Market Intelligence Track competitor movements, pricing trends, and market conditions to refine sales plans. Work closely with branding & marketing to plan innovative campaigns and customer engagement activities. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue projections for management. 5. Customer Experience & Relationship Management Ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to closing. Maintain long-term trust-based relationships with high-value customers. Build a culture of customer-first approach within the sales team.Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 10–15 years of experience in Direct Sales (preferably in real estate or any luxury sectors). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong network of HNI/NRI clients is a major advantage.Why Join Cayana?
