Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Solution Strategist with a strong background in performance marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that our AI-driven solutions deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy Development:
• Understand clients’ business goals and objectives to develop tailored performance marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and align marketing strategies to achieve these targets.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients on leveraging AI-driven marketing solutions.
Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display, programmatic).
• Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
• Present and communicate complex performance data in a clear and actionable manner.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal product, data science, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of AI solutions.
• Provide feedback to product teams to help shape the development of new features and enhancements based on client needs.
Market Research and Insights:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
• Share insights with clients and internal teams to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements & Skills:
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, programmatic, and display. Familiarity with AI and machine learning in marketing is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing data to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
