Position - Branch Manager / Life Insurance.Role & Responsibility1. End-to-end ownership for Managing Partner & Agent Partner performance2. Own the budgets for the location3. Maintain a self-goal sheet to lead by example and have an adequate Span of Control4. Network continuously to get good APs from Market5. Ensure APs and health agent's income in location exceed benchmarks6. Coach MPs and APs on management/sales skills and career growth7. Connect with APs who are falling short of CMC criteria to re-activate them8. Work closely with the training team to organize regulatory and skill development programs9. Propagate the career option amongst the health agents in the branch10. Own the rookie AP induction and development program11. Arrange/attend digital, outdoor promotional (BOP's) events and seminars on recruitment (COP), awareness, customer events, HNI priority etc.12. Grow the representation of advisors and AP's from location on Conventions, Clubs, and R&R etc.13. Ensure the desired policy renewals of the branch14. Ensure the LR% (Loss Ratio) within the parameter for the branch / location.15. Deal with first level of claim & service issues.16. Deal with and escalate compliance issues17. Responsible for the P&L of the branch.Functional Skills Required(Details of the skill required to execute the job proficiently and expected proficiency)1. Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Intermediate2. Excellent verbal communication and / or Written communication.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT1.
