Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant with 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data integration processes, including data ingestion, transformation, and cleansing, using Salesforce Data Cloud tools.
  • Develop and maintain data models and schemas to ensure accurate and efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Data Cloud to support data analytics, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across different systems by implementing data governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business users to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data flows and resolve any data-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Salesforce CDP) or related Salesforce products.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data integration, data modeling, and data quality.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce Data Cloud tools for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
  • Experience with data integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and its various products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications related to Data Cloud or other Salesforce products are preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
