Our customizable modular solutions enable emerging and existing brands to scale beyond expectations.About the RoleWe are looking for a multi-disciplinary Visual Designer who can move comfortably across visual identity, UI design, and social media. If you enjoy creative problem solving, like owning outcomes, and prefer craft over templates, this will suit you.Motion design skills are a big plus. If you can bring ideas to life with simple animations or short loops, tell us.What you’ll doBrand & Identity: Create logos, color systems, typography, grids, and brand elements. Build simple guidelines that help teams ship consistently.UI & Web: Design clean, modern interfaces and components. Prepare developer-ready files and micro-interaction notes.Social & Campaigns: Translate brand systems into thumb-stopping posts, carousels, and ad creatives. Plan visual narratives for content series.Motion (nice to have): Produce lightweight animations for logos, UI states, and social assets.Collaboration: Work with strategy, copy, and dev to turn ideas into shippable work.What makes you a great fitYou think in systems, not just screens.You balance concept and craft.You sweat details like spacing, rhythm, and hierarchy.You are comfortable switching contexts across identity, UI, and content.You can present work clearly and accept feedback without losing the core idea.You prefer initiative over instructions.Must-have skillsStrong visual fundamentals: layout, typography, color, composition.Proficiency in Figma and at least one of Illustrator or Photoshop.Experience designing for web and mobile.Ability to build cohesive social media creatives from a brand system.A portfolio with end-to-end projects and clear role descriptions.Nice to haveMotion graphics in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.Basic knowledge of Webflow or Framer handoff needs.Experience with simple 3D or prototyping tools.Understanding of performance creatives and what helps ads convert.How we workSmall team, high ownership.Clear briefs, fast feedback, frequent shipping.Space to explore concepts before we lock designs.Outcomes matter.
