**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations based on project specifications and design concepts.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and provide creative input.
- Develop and maintain a library of 3D assets, textures, and materials.
- Prepare visual presentations for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and software to continuously enhance skills and improve workflow.
- Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on design approaches.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in post-production tasks, including compositing and editing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for post-production tasks.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with construction documents and design processes.
