Manager - Affinity Sales

WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Drives Sales/Partnership with affinity groups, such as Fintechs/Banks/Lending Groups/etc. by (1) Building the sales funnel of affinity groups, (2) Pitching RIA’s value proposition to the groups, and (3) Closing deals with affinity groups and ensuring that they go live
- Execute a targeted sales strategy for affinity groups, focusing on health and life insurance products
- Follow a structured sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Devote approximately 70% of working hours to on-the-road activities, including meetings with affinity groups
- Managing Sales Pipeline KPIs - Business development to sales conversion, Account-based targets, Overall business line targets
- Coordinate with teams internally at RIA to go live with affinity groups
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in affinity sales in the insurance industry
- Experience in Affinity business - Across Sales & Distribution, Strategic Alliances
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
