Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our remote team. As an HR intern, you will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and other day-to-day HR activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)

  • Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and documentation

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires

  • Coordinate and help plan virtual team events and engagement initiatives

  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports

  • Help manage employee queries and communications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and tools

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Internshala, or Naukri

  • Experience using HRMS or ATS platforms (Zoho, Recruitee, etc.)

  • Prior internship experience in HR or admin roles
