Role Description

After our successful pilots with Enterprise customers we are now looking for a full-time on-site Deal Desk Manager - IT Equipment Leasing at Swish Club in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. You will liaise between sales, legal, and finance teams, enabling our Enterprise customers with the right deal structure that suits their requirements. We provide world-class experience to our customers through collaboration across the organization.


Your focus will be to help structure profitable and compliant Enterprise Deals that address the needs of a diverse set of Enterprise customers, maximize Swish Club’s impact and increase the effectiveness and productivity of the direct sales force. The role involves managing the deal desk operations related to IT equipment leasing and facilitating smooth transactions. The manager will be responsible for structuring deals, clearing FUD, handling objections, negotiating deals, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring efficient processes for IT equipment leasing (Computers, Laptops, Smartphones, Software and SaaS).


Core Responsibility

  • Provide first-line deal support to sales for advanced Deal structures
  • Act in a fiduciary capacity in managing first-line approvals for Deals
  • Ensure that transactions adhere to Swish Club’s internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines
  • Manage a process consistent with the Enterprise Sales and return on investment Selling methodology
  • Solve ongoing business problems by working with stakeholders in the value stream and taking a proactive approach to addressing critical needs
  • Working with process data, metrics, and KPIs to monitor business performance and identify patterns/ gaps and solve them proactively
  • Spend 20% of the time learning the business and the products so that you can grow into a leader that can lead a team through the negotiation and escalation process on deals


Qualifications

  • Bachelors/MBA in Accounting or Finance
  • 4 - 7 years of working experience in a multi-national leasing company focused on India with at least 2 years of experience in IT equipment leasing (mandatory)
  • Strong Deal structuring, Deal negotiation, Deal closure, Credit Assessment skills
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating multi-element (services, support and license) software contracts
  • Proficient in revenue recognition accounting
  • Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of CRM (Hubspot/SFDC) and Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
  • Good team player with a great sense of humor and willingness to go the extra mile to support the larger team
