PhysicsWallah - Senior Product Designer/Designer Lead

Position Overview :

As a GPM / Director of Product Management :

- You will own a suite of products end to end at PW (starting from ideating the idea to Product Solution to Product Development to Product adoption).

- Play a critical role in shaping the PMF, product strategy & roadmap.

- Lead a team of talented product managers.

- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver innovative products.

Qualifications & Skill Sets :

- Total work experience : 8+ years.

- Core Product Management experience in a Product Company : 5+ years.

- Candidates with Product management experience with a B2C company & fast growing start-ups which has seen scale in terms of DAU/MAU will be preferred.

- Strong analytics capability to make data-driven decisions but at the same time a hustler who can delivery quality product timely.

- Strong hand in user research, identifying PMF & A/B experimentation.

- Has led a team of product manager(s) earlier and demonstrated excellent leadership, team management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities and stake holding management capabilities.

- Experience in driving successful product launches and managing product Life Cycles.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Responsibilities : .

- Ownership : End to end responsibility of a specific product POD (suite of products) at PW.

- Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and communicate a clear and compelling Product strategy and roadmap (quarterly) that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

- Team Management : Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture while empowering team members to achieve their full potential.

- Structural thinking and execution : Breaks down problem statement, prioritize tasks, present data and information in structural manner, very structural in thinking and execution instead of randomness.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, business teams and other departments to ensure smooth product development cycles, timely launches, and effective go-to-market strategies.

- Product Development Lifecycle : Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept and design to development, testing, and launch.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of products.

- Regularly assess and analyze product performance, gathering feedback to inform iterative improvements.

- Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of innovation within the product management team, encouraging creative thinking and exploring new opportunities to differentiate our products in the market.

- Stakeholder Communication : Present product updates, roadmap progress, and strategic plans to executive leadership, investors, and other stakeholders as needed
