Role:- As a Senior Analyst, Data Quality Programs You Will Program Leadership and Planning.- Act as a business owner for data quality collection and improvement program investments.- Execute a strategy to effectively maximize our programs to have the greatest impact on data quality.- Define and track program KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and executive reporting.- Be a member of a high-performing team focused on operational excellence, and data quality improvement.- Develop project plans and lead delivery of moderately sized projects across a matrixed team.- Identify issues, risks, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans. Program Governance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Services Tech, and Data Strategy to define platform requirements and success metrics.- Partner with technology, internal audit and compliance teams to ensure platforms meet regulatory and security requirements.- Manage associated revenue and expenses to most effectively realize the business objective of improved data quality. Communication and Alignment.- Work closely with customer teams to assist them in understanding requirements and maintaining compliance.- Provide second level support for customers.- Assist in the definition of operational processes.- Develop project plans and lead delivery of moderately sized projects across a matrixed team.- Identify issues, risks, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.- Run queries and create reports to identify issues and opportunities, and determine the impacts of our investments.
