Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and lead the business development efforts for our Sheet Metal Fabrication segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and marketing, with a proven track record in business development within the manufacturing sector. This role is critical in shaping the future of our Sheet Metal Fabrication vertical, and therefore, related experience is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development initiatives for the Sheet Metal Fabrication segment.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the sheet metal and metal fabrication industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Monitor and report on industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant business development experience, preferably with large EPC or automobile companies.
  • Solid understanding of sheet metal and metal fabrication processes such as laser cutting, punching, milling, CNC bending, etc.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.


Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India.
  • Standard office hours apply, with flexibility required for client meetings and industry events.
