Job Description:

We seek a dynamic HoReCa Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, digital, social media, and video marketing. Responsibilities include managing customer events, budget reconciliation, and agency relationships, ensuring alignment with target group sentiments and business goals

- Understanding HoReCa sentiments aligned with the TG team to plan campaign strategies & themes to acquire & maintain customer relationship.

- Developing & executing marketing campaigns for HoReCa - monthly marketing plan, promotion offer & communication, catalog creation, SMS, Email marketing, Digital, Video Marketing, Paid advertising & Social media marketing & tracking.

- Managing & monitoring HoReCa customer meet, events & participations in exhibitions, seminars etc.

- Market and store visits to understand business requirements, insight and engagements.

- Monthly Budget - Timely Reconciliations & Budget Management as per the approved budget number by board

- Agency MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred from good institute.

- Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in retail, institutional and B2B marketing.

- Strong brand content and creative creation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to business development with large data analysis.

- Willingness to travel as required.
