Job Description :

We are a GenAI and Agent Research company developing intelligent systems that drive measurable business outcomes and improve decision-making through AI agents and generative AI in regulated industries including Tax, Legal, and Manufacturing.

Role Overview :

We're seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer to solve real-world problems using machine learning and artificial intelligence.

You'll develop, deploy, and optimize AI models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop APIs using FastAPI.

- Build AI agents using LangChain and Python.

- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Optimize models for scalability, latency, and accuracy.

- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.

- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series modeling.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, etc.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning.

- Knowledge of reinforcement learning or generative AI techniques.

- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray).

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
