Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Trainee

As an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our AI and ML experts to gain hands-on experience in the development, implementation, and refinement of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions. **Responsibilities**:

- **Algorithm Development**:Collaborate with senior team members to design, implement, and refine machine learning algorithms. This may include tasks like feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
- **Model Training and Evaluation**: Train, validate, and test machine learning models using appropriate frameworks and tools. Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and contribute to model optimization.
- **Documentation**:Maintain clear and organized documentation for code, models, experiments, and findings. This will help ensure knowledge transfer and future reference.
- **Research and Innovation**:Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML by researching relevant literature and attending seminars or workshops. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing solutions.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate your progress, findings, and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Project Support**: Provide support to ongoing projects as needed, including troubleshooting, debugging, and assisting with scalability challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex challenges with creativity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for staying up-to-date with AI and ML advancements.
- Previous coursework, projects, or experience in AI and ML is a plus.
