**inPosition Overview**:
As an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our AI and ML experts to gain hands-on experience in the development, implementation, and refinement of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions. The trainee period will provide you with valuable exposure to real-world projects, data analysis, algorithm development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Preprocessing and Analysis**: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for AI and ML models. Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into data patterns and quality.
- **Algorithm Development**:Collaborate with senior team members to design, implement, and refine machine learning algorithms. This may include tasks like feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
- **Model Training and Evaluation**: Train, validate, and test machine learning models using appropriate frameworks and tools. Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and contribute to model optimization.
- **Documentation**:Maintain clear and organized documentation for code, models, experiments, and findings. This will help ensure knowledge transfer and future reference.
- **Research and Innovation**:Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML by researching relevant literature and attending seminars or workshops. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing solutions.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate your progress, findings, and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Project Support**: Provide support to ongoing projects as needed, including troubleshooting, debugging, and assisting with scalability challenges.
- **Learning and Development**:Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of AI and ML concepts, tools, and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex challenges with creativity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for staying up-to-date with AI and ML advancements.
- Previous coursework, projects, or experience in AI and ML is a plus.
